Terms.
Last updated October 20, 2026
These terms cover booking the full detail, the monthly cleaning plan, and your Fresh Tracks app. They're written the way we talk, so they take a few minutes to read. If anything is unclear, write to us.
Who we are and what these terms cover
Fresh Tracks Detailing LLC is a mobile detailing company in Ogden, Utah. We come to your driveway or your lot and detail your vehicle where it's parked. These terms cover freshtracksutah.com, your Fresh Tracks app, the full detail, the monthly cleaning plan, and the work we do at your vehicle. When you book with us or use your app, you're agreeing to them.
We work Monday through Saturday, by appointment, in the openings the site shows. You must be 18 or older to book or to hold an account with us. Fleet and business work is set up by agreement with us, and these terms apply to it unless that agreement says otherwise.
Booking and the deposit
To book the full detail, pick your vehicle's size, tell us where it's parked, choose a day and time from what's open, and pay the $50 deposit. The deposit holds your day and time, and it comes off the total. Your card is saved for the rest.
The rest, with any add-ons and tax, is charged to that card when the detail is done. You get a confirmation right away and a reminder before the day.
Changing or canceling a detail
Plans change. Tell us and we'll move your detail to a day that works. With more than 24 hours' notice, moving or canceling is free, and a canceled detail's deposit goes back to your card. Cancel inside 24 hours of the detail and the deposit is kept.
If we have to move a detail, we'll text you and offer the next open day. Your deposit stays on your booking.
The monthly cleaning plan
The monthly cleaning plan starts after your first detail or wash: we can start it with you in person, or you can start it in your Fresh Tracks app. Stay Clean is a visit every 2 weeks; Keep Rollin' is a visit every 4 weeks. Your card is saved when you book the detail. From then on, the monthly cleaning plan is only charged after each successful service: each visit charges its own price once it's done. Nothing is billed ahead, and there's no contract.
Skip a visit from your Fresh Tracks app. A skipped visit never charges, and your next one stays on your regular day. Move any single visit from your app to another open time within a week of it, and change your regular day and time there too. Inside 24 hours of a visit, changes go through us.
Upgrade any upcoming visit to a Fresh Start, the full detail, from your app. The full detail's price is charged when it's done, with no deposit.
A second or third vehicle at the same address gets 10% off each visit's price, rounded to whole dollars. Each one joins with a full detail first or straight onto the plan, your choice.
Pause the plan for up to two months a year, or cancel any time, from your app or by telling us. Upcoming visits come off the schedule and nothing more is charged.
The founding offer: the first 50 plan vehicles, or anyone who signs up before December 31, 2026, get their first month of Stay Clean visits free.
Prices and tax
Prices are by vehicle size. They're shown on the detailing page, on the plan page, and when you book, and the price you see when you book is the price you pay, plus the add-ons you choose and tax. Utah sales tax of 7.25% applies to anything that touches the interior, so the detail and the interior work; an exterior-only wash has none. Tax is its own line on your receipt.
There are no travel fees anywhere we go. If your address is outside our area, the site says so when you book, and we'll call you.
Prices can change. A change never touches a detail you've already booked, and a change to a plan visit's price is told to plan customers by email before it applies to their next visit.
If your card is declined
The work's still done and the amount's still owed. You get a link to save a new card, the charge is retried, and plan visits wait until it clears.
Our guarantee
If something was missed, tell us. We'll come back and make it right, free. And if it isn't the best detail you've ever had, your first maintenance clean is on us.
Texts and calls
When you give us your mobile number, you're agreeing that we can text you about your bookings: the confirmation, a reminder the day before, a note when we're on our way or running behind, a follow-up the day after, and the code that signs you in to your Fresh Tracks app. Those are the texts. We never text a review request, and we don't use your number for offers.
How many texts you get depends on your bookings: a detail sends a few, and each plan visit sends a few more. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop them and HELP for help. Agreeing to texts isn't a condition of booking; if you stop them, we'll reach you by email and by phone instead, and you can still sign in to your app with an emailed link.
We call when a booking needs it: an address outside our area, a declined card, or a question about your vehicle.
Your Fresh Tracks app
Your Fresh Tracks app is your account with us, and it opens once we've finished your first detail or wash. You sign in with your email: we send a link and a six-digit code, and there's no password. In the app you can see every visit's photos and receipts, start or restart the plan, move, skip or upgrade a visit, add an interior detail or pet hair and other add-ons, book a wash, change your regular day, pause or cancel, and update your card.
The account is yours. Keep your number and card current in it, and tell us when your email or address changes, because they're how we reach you and what we charge each visit to. Anything done in your app while you're signed in counts as done by you, so keep your sign-in code and link to yourself.
Being there, keys, and what to take out
For your first detail, be there. The plan visits after it don't need you, but we need to reach the vehicle: parked where we can work all the way around it, with room for our truck, and unlocked or with a key or a code left where you've told us. Put anything we should know about the driveway or the vehicle under Getting to the vehicle when you book, or tell us.
Before we come, take out anything you'd rather we didn't handle: valuables, papers, cash and cards, firearms, and anything in the console or the glovebox you don't want moved. Whatever we find while we clean, we set on a seat for you. Child car seats stay yours to unbuckle: we clean around an installed seat and never remove or reinstall one, so take it out before we arrive if you want the seat under it cleaned.
If your vehicle is parked at an apartment, a condo or a shared lot, check that we're allowed to work there before you book.
Damage and responsibility
We treat your vehicle like it's ours, and we photograph it before we start. If we damage something while we work, tell us within 48 hours of the visit, with a photo, and we'll make it right: we'll fix it, or we'll pay to have it fixed.
Some things are already on their way when we arrive: failing clear coat, peeling tint, loose or brittle trim, cracked dashboards, worn leather, stains that have set for months, and aftermarket parts and accessories. We'll point out what we see before we start, and we're not responsible for wear like that or for what normal cleaning does to it.
Photos of your vehicle
We photograph your vehicle before and after every visit. The photos go on your receipt and into your Fresh Tracks app so you can see the work, and they stay with your account's records.
Your vehicle, your home and your plate appear on our site or our social media only with your say-so and a signed release. Anything we publish without a release has the plate blurred and shows nothing that identifies you.
Weather and things we can't control
Detailing outside depends on the weather. If rain, wind, snow or cold won't let us do the work well, we'll text you and move the visit to the next open day that week. In freezing weather a plan visit becomes an interior refresh, the inside cleaned and the outside left for the next visit, or you can skip it from your app.
If something outside our control keeps us from a visit (weather, a road closure, a breakdown, illness), we'll move it. A visit that doesn't happen is never charged.
The fine print
These terms are the whole agreement between you and Fresh Tracks Detailing LLC about our services, and Utah law governs them. If we ever disagree, write to us first and we'll work it out directly. Anything we can't settle between us is handled in the courts of Weber County, Utah.
Our responsibility to you for any visit is limited to what you paid for that visit, except for damage we cause, which we make right as described above, and except where the law doesn't allow the limit. You're responsible for the vehicle being yours to have detailed, or for having the owner's permission, and for telling us before we start about anything on or in it that we should know.
Our site and your app are provided as they are. We work to keep them up and accurate, and we don't promise they'll never have an error. If one line of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stand, and if we don't enforce a line right away, we can still enforce it later.
Changes to these terms
We change these terms by updating this page and the date at the top. A change to how the plan is charged is told to plan customers by email before it applies. Booking with us or using your app after a change means you're going with the new terms.
